近日，由GENMA南通生產(chǎn)基地——潤(rùn)邦重機(jī)生產(chǎn)制造的兩臺(tái)GENMA品牌氧化鋁氣力卸船機(jī)裝船發(fā)運(yùn)，啟航前往印度尼西亞。此次交付將進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)GENMA在東南亞市場(chǎng)的裝備供應(yīng)與服務(wù)能力，展現(xiàn)中國(guó)高端裝備“走出去”的堅(jiān)實(shí)步伐。

該批次氧化鋁氣力卸船機(jī)卸載能力達(dá)400噸/小時(shí)，可適配最大75,000噸級(jí)（DWT）船舶的作業(yè)需求。設(shè)備搭載GENMA自主研發(fā)的自適應(yīng)吸料技術(shù)，結(jié)合PLC智能控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了物料吸取過(guò)程的智能化調(diào)控與平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行，在提升作業(yè)效率的同時(shí)，顯著降低了設(shè)備能耗。

Two GENMA alumina pneumatic ship unloaders shipped recently to Indonesia

Recently, two GENMA-brand alumina pneumatic ship unloaders, manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (the GENMA production base in Nantong), were successfully loaded and have set sail for Indonesia. This delivery will further strengthen GENMA's equipment supply and service capabilities in the Southeast Asian market, demonstrating the solid progress of high-end Chinese equipment "going global."

These alumina pneumatic ship unloaders feature an unloading capacity of 400 tons per hour and can handle vessels of up to 75,000 DWT. Employing GENMA's independently developed adaptive suction technology and equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, they achieve intelligent regulation and stable operation of the material intake process, enhancing operational efficiency while significantly reducing energy consumption.

In terms of safety, the pitching mechanism of the unloader innovatively adopts a dual-wire rope winding system. If one wire rope breaks, the other can independently maintain stable tension for the beam, effectively preventing safety incidents caused by rope failure and improving operational reliability under complex working conditions.

The continued deployment of GENMA alumina pneumatic ship unloaders in overseas markets not only reflects the maturity of Chinese high-end equipment in terms of technical craftsmanship and product quality but also helps Chinese manufacturing gain greater recognition on the international stage.
